Principal & Family Support
Trusted Right-Hand Support
I provide embedded support across personal and operational domains, working closely with principals and families to bring clarity, structure and steadiness to complex lives.
My role spans relational awareness, practical coordination and the integration of household, logistical and external stakeholders. This may include overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating international movements and relocations, liaising with advisers, or ensuring personal security considerations are appropriately managed when required.
I operate as a trusted right hand — present, discreet and solution-orientated — focused on improving the overall environment rather than simply completing tasks.
Collaborative Approach
I believe the most effective support is relational. By understanding the rhythms, priorities and pressures of the environments I am part of, I work alongside principals and families to resolve challenges thoughtfully and sustainably.
The objective is not only to solve immediate problems, but to create systems and structures that make life more manageable over time.

-
Over a five-year engagement, I worked closely with a family to provide integrated support across education, development and household coordination for two young boys.
My role encompassed liaison with schools, structuring routines and extracurricular commitments, and coordinating domestic logistics to ensure stability and consistency. I organised and managed local and international travel, oversaw after-school activities and social commitments and curated developmental experiences designed to broaden perspective and nurture independence.
Engagement was structured around four days per week during term time, with extended involvement during school holidays to facilitate international travel and more immersive programmes of activity.
The focus throughout was to create a stable, well-managed environment in which the children could develop confidently — while ensuring the family’s wider logistical and operational needs were met seamlessly.
-
A ten-month embedded engagement supporting a family seeking to strengthen structure, accountability and independence within the home environment.
Working closely with both parents and children, I integrated into the daily rhythm of the household, identifying areas for improvement and implementing practical systems to support longer-term goals. This included coordinating school routines, activities and tutors; liaising directly with educational institutions; and maintaining oversight of academic progress and admissions preparation for UK and Dubai schools.
Alongside educational and developmental support, I provided broader operational integration across staffing, property management, relocation planning and travel coordination. The role evolved naturally beyond its initial one-month brief, extending to ten months with a sustained presence of five to six days per week to ensure continuity through school transitions and family relocation.
The focus throughout was to stabilise and streamline the family environment — creating clarity, consistency and improved alignment across both domestic and developmental domains.
-
A three-month embedded engagement supporting both the personal and business interests of a family navigating transition and growth.
My role spanned research and option analysis across commercial and educational decisions, coordination of property search and acquisition, and day-to-day integration within the family environment. I worked across both domains simultaneously — aligning business priorities with personal logistics to ensure decisions were implemented coherently and without unnecessary friction.
Alongside strategic research and coordination, I supported the development and structure of the family’s young children, ensuring continuity and stability during a period of change.
The engagement involved four to five days per week of close involvement, reflecting the level of trust and integration required across both business and domestic spheres.
