About Me

My work is built on trust.

For over 15 years I have operated in complex, high-trust environments — first as a British Army Officer, and later supporting UHNW individuals and families across the globe.

What began as a foundation in leadership and operational planning evolved into something more personal: working closely with families and principals to bring clarity, structure and steadiness to demanding lives.

I am comfortable operating where personal and business domains intersect — coordinating advisers, managing logistics, structuring daily rhythms and supporting both practical and relational needs. I aim to integrate seamlessly into the environments I support — present, reliable and invested, while maintaining clear professional boundaries.

My approach is grounded in empathy and discretion. I believe the best support is often felt rather than seen — where systems work, communication flows, and life becomes calmer and more aligned.

Alongside operational support, I have spent many years working closely with young people and families, valuing mentorship, resilience and thoughtful development. I see these roles not as separate from professional work, but as part of the same commitment to improving environments through trust, presence and practical action.

At its core, my work is about making life better — more organised, more balanced, more intentional — for the people I support.

Experience

Since leaving the British Army in 2015, I have worked in a range of embedded roles supporting principals and families across diverse international environments. My work has spanned both day-to-day integration and complex international engagements, often operating at the intersection of personal affairs, household operations and broader business interests.

I have supported family systems at every stage — from working closely with young children to advising and coordinating alongside adults navigating demanding professional lives. Whether managing practical logistics or providing relational steadiness, my focus has remained consistent: to improve the environment I am part of through clarity and structure.

My formal education began with a degree in Business Studies from the University of Edinburgh, followed by officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. I later completed a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.

In addition, I hold a First Response Emergency Care (Level 3) qualification and am trained in close protection, equipping me to operate confidently and responsibly in dynamic or high-pressure environments.

Philosophy

I believe the best support is rooted in clarity and steadiness. Whether working with families, founders or individuals, my aim is to create environments where people feel supported, aligned and able to focus on what matters most.
